Challenge
iDiscover's Founder, Gal Stigliz, has built an under the radar, successful coaching brand. With a book being written, the soon to be published author needed to create space between iDiscover and his own personal brand, as a speaker and author.
To do this, I first audited iDiscover's brand and mapped out a new communications plan, with new ways to create and share content. Next, I tried to figure out hwo to spearate the man from the brand, without losing what made the brand; namely, Gal.


Process
I began by redefining iDiscover's brand values and positioning before analysing its most engaged clients. From these, I created personas that highlighted precisely how iDiscover helped them, and why they kept coming back. ​This made developing a fresh comms and content strategy easy - we took their words and worked backwards.
With these mapped out, we workshopped how to position Gal as the man behind the brand. Our session revealed a moving, personal journey of self-discovery that Gal evolved into iDiscover 360.
