In 2020, the team needed a digital content experience with in-person events impossible with Covid. Three challenges needed solving.
With free webinar fatigue, how do we sell paid-for VIP online events? How will we keep our usual live wow-factor when we move online?
How can a back-catalogue of video'd event content be repurposed to maximise ROI and drive sign-ups to online events?


Process
NBF is a data-driven organisation that gathers feedback on all speakers. This data informed the content marketing strategy. As live content cannot be re-used, new content was created with soundbites for text-to-video lead-gen promoting NBF's new online bootcamps and masterclasses.
Editorial magazines were created around past event themes and featured speaker's interviews and questions attendees submitted during the live event. This fuelled cross-channel marketing by showcasing their company and personal profile. ​​​
